For 18 years now, we have been engaged in an important and noble business — building beautiful and cozy houses that provide their owners with a new quality of life. Realizing that a house is not just a room for living, not only walls and a roof over your head, the company strives to build houses in which people can live comfortably, realize their unity with nature and feel the special atmosphere created by the woody aroma of the pure Kostroma forest

During the development of the company, we established our own production, recruited 50 employees, and in order to be sure of the quality of our houses, we formed a quality control department. After all, we build houses for a long and happy life, taking care of the most valuable thing — human health.
